Howard joined Anchor in October 2009 and has over 20 years sales and marketing experience from a number of different market sectors. Most of his experience was from the travel and hospitality industry where he held UK and EMEA Marketing Director roles at both Marriott International and the Hilton Group. As housing operations director at Anchor, he is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of rental and leasehold properties including the newly developed retirement village and independent living models. Anchor manages almost 29,000 retirement units and houses over 35,000 residents across both tenure types.
